“The annual Downtown Overland Park Art Fair is a summer art party you can't miss and 2026 is bigger than ever!

Spend the weekend soaking up live music, good food, and over 100 artists, makers, and creators showing off what they do best. Vendors will be selling original works, prints, ceramic goods, stickers, and more.

In 2026, the art fair features an expanded layout to pack in even more fun. Vendors and entertainment will go down Santa Fe Drive from 79th Street to Thompson Park, and on 80th Street from Overland Park Drive to Conser. This event is fun for the whole family, with tons of hands-on activities to enjoy.

On Friday, the Art Fair's hours will be 4 pm to 9 pm.

On Saturday, the Downtown Overland Park Art Fair starts again at 8 am and continues through 4 pm. Experience the best of Downtown Overland Park with art, family fun, shopping, and entertainment.

As the second oldest art show in Kansas City, we have an established footprint in the artist community showcasing artists both locally and from all over the country. The community, Prairie Village, is not located on a prairie but in the heart of the wonderful growing metro of Kansas City.

The Shops of Prairie Village hosts 100 artists every year and attracts patrons from the entire Kansas City Metropolitan area. Our charming and welcoming shopping center was developed by the same brains that built The Country Club Plaza, the location of the Plaza Art Show.

Over 15,000 people attend the Prairie Village Art Show over the action-packed weekend. The Prairie Village Art Show is an annual event not to be missed!

Place of Peace Veterans Art Exhibit

The Lenexa Arts Council and the Arts Council of Johnson County are pleased to present the Place of Peace gallery exhibit featuring the 2D and 3D works of military veterans from the Kansas City metropolitan area.
